Birthday Train Animation.
Made this as a thank you to everyone wishing me a happy birthday. I designed each part of the train in the animation with the idea it's in my comics universe. I'm so happy that I made this little animation.

The locomotive in the scene was one I've been drawing since high school. I added some little changes to update it such as the small ash catcher on top of the smoke stack.
This combine car is based two that were used on the Virginia & Truckee Railroad in Nevada. It's a small coach with a compartment for both luggage and mail.
This coach was based on two Kimball built coaches the Virginia & Truckee used from 1872 to 1938 when both were sold to Paramount Pictures for film work. Both coaches are now in the care of the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson City, NV.
This club car based on the Virginia & Truckee's Julia Bullette coach. It was built like the combine car in 1869, but later had its side doors removed and became a work car until being converted for club car service in the 1940s.
